The first leg advantage will no doubt turn the encounter a huge motivation for the Nigerian representatives while hosts will face top hill task to progress as they will likely be hope to win home and away.
Captain of Enyimba, Enyimba Chinedu Udoji believes he and his side have what it takes zoom into the next round of the competition stressing that they won't fail Nigerians.
Udoji explained that his side will not be carried away against their Beninese football club based in Parakou northern capital as they seek in numbers in quest to shock the hosts.
"We want to make them feel at home. We are trying our best to ensure that they have no reasons to complain about our hospitality," Udoji told media.
Pillars will be playing that  to go beyond the opening phase for the first time in three consecutive appearance after they crashed out in previous two occasions as Nigerian champions.
The victory in Aba is the People's Elephants 21st CAF champions league home win out of 28 games in the last decade and as well won their 30th game since 2005 which is more than any Nigerian club side.
"We have been in camp for couple of days, played test games which has help our level of fitness and increase the team confidence," Udoji told media in Benin.
"The stadium looks good, with lush green grass just like what we have in Aba. We are ready, though will must be aware of our host.
"The result in Aba doesn't count much in this game, we need to play with all strength and passion for the whole duration.
"We need to be focus and concentrate, football sometimes can be funny. We have set aside the first leg result, the game on Sunday will decided our fate.
"We need the support of our fans back home, they should believe we have done it.
"We understand the task ahead of us, and we are optimistic of a psoitive result from this game that will ensure our progress to the next round," he said.
Enyimba will be aiming to win away in their 54th Champions League encounter since their debut in the competition.
