 The matriculation ceremony has been slated for Tuesday, 14 April 2015 at the same venue.
In view of the importance of this exercise, it is mandatory for all students to attend and participate fully in the Orientation Programme as it is specifically organised for them.

Furthermore, I wish to please request you to encourage the First Year Students of your College/Faculty/Department to attend the Orientation Programme as scheduled.
