Call Circular for 2015 needs assessment fund for staff training - Unilorin

Further to the release of fund by the Federal Government under the Need Assessment for Academic staff training, applications are hereby invited from interested and qualified applicants for training and development programmes.

The available categories of training are Ph.D and Master Programmes. However, interested applicants should note the following;

(a)   Sponsorship for Ph.D courses is for a maximum duration of 3 years (for both local and Overseas), while Master’s degree programmes are for a maximum period of 1 year (overseas) and 2 years (local)
(b)   The letter of admission should clearly indicate the following:

• Course to be undertaken
• Duration of the course
• Tuition fees
• Living expenses
• Accommodation, and
• Transport (Flight Tickets only)

(c)   Priority shall be given to programmes adjudged to require more qualified staff by accreditation panels.
(d)   Application forms shall be made available at the Directorate of Human Resources on the ground floor of the Senate Building.

SUBMISSION
The completed application form, with all the relevant supporting documents stating clearly the information as requested above, is to reach the Directorate of Human Resources on the ground floor not later than 20^th April, 2015.  Please note that late applications will not be treated.
