Northern Baby Factories? - Crime

We have been awashed with tales of baby factories in the east and the south west. But i think we have not observed any in the north, saw this post on facebook and i tot this guy might be right afterall with the almajiri nonsense disturbing our eyes with begging. So i believe there is a secret baby factory up north.
