WEBOMETRICS RANKS DR. ADEYEMO AS NUMBER 1 SCIENTIST IN UNILAG

Dr. W. L. Adeyemo of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, College of Medicine, University of Lagos has been ranked as the Number 1 Scientist in the University and number 13 on the list of 500 researchers assessed in Nigeria. The latest ranking of scientists in Nigerian institutions by Webometrics listed Dr. Adeyemo as number 1 in the University with H-index of 22 and Citations of 1599. The Vice-Chancellor, on behalf of all members of the University Community, commends and appreciates Dr. Adeyemo for his contribution to academic excellence, growth and development of the University.
