52 blind students that were beneficiaries of the MTN Foundation
Scholarship for blind students have graduated from the Federal College
of Education special, Oyo State.
The graduands were congratulated by some of the executive members of MTN
who were present and were urged to take advantage of the training of
what they have learnt.
According to the Corporate Services Executive, MTN Nigeria, Akinwale
Goodluck, “Education is pivotal to the growth and development of any
nation and everyone deserves equal access to it. The challenges against
qualitative education in the country affect all categories of students.”
One of the graduands who spoke extended appreciation to MTN for an
opportunity giving to people like him to be able to compete favourably
with their colleagues who have with healthy sights.
