ADMISSION

Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun

 

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into full-time degree programmes in the following Colleges:

1.  Science
2. Technology

FUPRE currently do not accept Direct Entry or Transfer student.

Applicant would need to satisfy the following general requirements:

(a) Admissions into  the FUPRE is ONLY  through Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) for now.

(b) Candidates must possess five (5) credit in O'Level or it equivalent as required by the department of interest  in ONLY one sittings; and obtain a minimum of 180 points in Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination.

(c) All candidates who score above 180 in UTME and choose FUPRE as either first or second choice are further invited to a Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (PUTME) of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun.

(d) Candidate must sit for the University PUTME and must obtain the required minimum score.

FUPRE offered admission into undergraduate programmes only. Programmes like Pre-Degree, Diploma, Remedial or Post Graduate are not currently available.
